 Where do you ship product? We ship in the Continental U.S. & Internationally. However, we do not offer free shipping internationally. 

 How long does shipping take? We ship via USPS & in most cases your coffee ships out the same day you order. Once shipped, transit times are 2-3 business days.

 What do you mean by 100% Real Ingredients? Most flavored coffee products on the market are flavored with artificial flavor oils & syrups which include things like ethyl alcohol, artificial colors, and even high fructose corn syrup! Some even say 'all-natural' but that means they are just using 'natural flavor' oils to flavor their coffee. Who knows what is actually in these oils. We think this is pretty gross.  How do I brew your coffee? We roast & grind your beans right before shipping to you so can expect fresh coffee, every time.

Ground Coffee:

• Via Bom Dia coffee is ground with a universal grind which means it's perfect for all types of coffee makers including electric drip, presses, stovetop espresso makers, and pour over coffee makers. 
• Instructions for brewing: 

1. Shake gently to distribute the spices that may have settled
2. Use 2 Tbsp (12 g) ground coffee for every 6 fl oz (180 ml) of cold, filtered water. You can adjust this amount slightly for stronger or weaker taste preferences.

 What does your coffee taste like? Did you know coffee beans have different flavor profiles based on where they are grown? We choose our beans based on the flavor we want to create & the coffee crop that is available from the farmers we work with. We want to showcase the coffee bean's natural flavor and elevate it with delicious spices (things like cacao nibs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, etc.) This is how we create our special blends for each flavor. We want you to taste the quality of our coffee & the delicious flavor of our spices. We want it to taste delicious, smooth, and well-rounded. Never bitter, burnt or bland.

 How do you choose your beans? We choose high quality specialty-grade beans from the best coffee-growing regions around the world. We only source our beans from trusted suppliers and always ensure that our crop is responsibly sourced. Read more about where our coffee comes from here. 

 What size are your products? All of our coffee products are 12 oz. & come in a foil bag with a one-way degassing valve to maintain freshness. This size makes up to 24 cups of coffee per bag.

 How long will my coffee stay fresh/ How should I store? Always store your coffee in an air-tight container and consume quickly upon opening (7-10 days after opening to enjoy the freshest coffee). Keep container in a cool/dark place like a kitchen cabinet (never store coffee in fridge or freezer).
